E. Day is a Contributing Editor for Geese Magazine from Southern California.
A staunch advocate of Marxist-Leninist epistemology, E. Day's work draws heavily upon the theoretical influences of Paulo Freire, Antonio Gramsci, and Deng Xiaoping — as well as modern contributors such as Stuart Hall and Xi Jinping. He spent nearly 4 years serving the SoCal District of the Communist Party USA before resigning from his positions due to major disagreements with leadership on co-educational reform and how to approach the sprawling digital landscape against the post-fascist menace.
He is an ardent admirer of philosophical and artistic expression through the mediums of video games and motion picture, especially where quantitatively building the ideological hegemony of the working class is concerned. He believes that that the liberation of humankind resides within its capability to utilize technology in the fight for freedom and democracy.
